Has the head been done on your rig ? If it has been in the last 2 years. Also the exhaust bolts there, if they break due to being seized ?! It Can crack your head. Remember they are not cheap and not easy to put in. The code issue made them want to rip their hair out. Yes all said the power difference was very noticeable. A Lot of the American guys have messed around with header issue with mixed results. I believe there is 2 companies that make the header as well as Magnaflow. As for the header There has been issues with it throwing codes. This in turn helps the PCM maximize everything from fuel consumption to performance.Air Doc does not recommend you use a throttle body spacer. The reason that the PCM needs to know the temperature of the air is because air temperature has a direct effect on air density and since the MAF sensor can only measure the flow rate of air passing thru' it, the intake air temperature sensor helps the PCM to further ascertain the precise amount of air entering the engine.
